I do not currently accept insurance. However, I provide receipts at the close of each month for submission to insurance companies for partial reimbursement. This is not a guarantee, reimbursement depends on an individual's plan. We will work together to determine eligibility as I assist my clients in asking the correct questions of their carrier.
Payments can be made by cash, check and Venmo. All services are payable at the time services are provided.
I require 24 hours notice in the case that a client needs to cancel. I do not charge the first time this occurs nor if I can reschedule the client for later that same week. After this, the client is responsible for the full fee of the session. Most insurance companies do not reimburse for these cancellations so reimbursement will not be possible. The reason for this is when you and I create a scheduled appointment there will never be anyone else in your slot. We make a commitment to each other to honor this time for you and your growth.
